Atkins Public Library- New public library facility approximately 8,100 square feet. Currently under construction.
Central City Fire Station- Proposed new fire station facility for the city of Central City. Currently in the fundraising phase.
City of Marion, Thomas Park Maintenance Facility- New parks maintenance facility which includes offices and will also provide room for growth in the Marion Parks system as well as one of the area's only FEMA rated Safe Rooms, which will double as a party rental facility.
Coralville United Methodist Church- New sanctuary and elevation addition and renovation for the existing church.

Coralville Youth Sports Complex Conceptual Options- Design options not chosen for a new concession building, maintenance building, and pavilion. The final design selected and construction photos can be viewed here.
Harlan Municipal Utilities- Design for a new 23,100 square foot operations center building. Currently under construction.
Linn-Mar Plaza- Design for new retail development.
North Liberty First United Methodist Church- Renovation and addition for existing church building.
Options of Linn County - Linn County Community Services - Juvenile Courts Building- Pictured are conceptual options for a proposed building in Linn County. Unfortunately this project was never realized.
Sacred Heart Parish- New handicapped accessible addition, covered entry, gathering area, restrooms, and elevator and limited renovations. Currently under construction.
Vector Corporation Conceptual Options- This project featured many conceptual design options developed for the client. The first image pictured is the final completed building.
