Cedar Christian Church- Freestanding addition for preschool and Christian education. New bridge to connect new addition and existing building that accommodates previously installed elevator.
Coralville United Methodist Church- Renovation and addition for existing church building.
Ellis Park Church of God- New construction and design for first phase of master plan.
Faith Lutheran Church- Addition including new fellowship hall, classroom, expanded sanctuary, expanded kitchen, and demolition of a portion of existing structure.
First Christian Church- Addition including new bell tower, elevator, sheltered entrance, accessible restrooms, wiring, heating, cooling, and general renovations to meet fire safety standards.
First Lutheran Church- New classroom and fellowship hall addition.
First Presbyterian Church- Addition providing access on three levels of street and building with new elevator and parking lot.
First Presbyterian Church - Marion- New accessible entrance and canopy.
Good News Bible Church- Renovation of existing retail building. 3-D rendering of interior sanctuary renovations.
Hope Lutheran Church- Renovations to existing church including sanctuary and narthex addition, renovated restrooms, renovated existing sanctuary for classrooms, and demolition of portion of existing structure.
Hus Memorial Presbyterian Church- Addition including new one story educational space and handicap access between two levels of the building.
Iowa City Church of Christ- Renovation of existing church building.
Lisbon United Methodist Church- Two-story addition to match existing church building. Demolition of existing structure. Addition including new fellowship hall, classrooms, restrooms, and accessory areas.
Mount Vernon United Methodist Church- This video was generously given to us by the good people at Mount Vernon United Methodist Church. This video showcases both construction photos and the finished building of the recently completed renovation and addition.
Noelridge Christian Church- Preliminary and design development of 18,000 square foot facility. Provided construction documents, bidding and negotiation, and construction administration.
North Liberty First United Methodist Church- Renovation and addition for existing church building.
Peace Christian Reformed Church- Master plan and addition
S.S. Peter and Paul Lutheran Church- Design and construction documents for new construction (original church destroyed by tornado).
Sharon Center United Methodist Church- Addition including new elevator, offices, and classrooms. Phase one of long-range master plan.
Shueyville United Methodist Church- Addition including new elevator, steeple, offices, fellowship hall, classroom wing, canopy, and paved parking lot. Four-phase master plan provided.
St. Josephs Catholic Church- The church needed to add as many seats as possible. Site, roof, and Diocesan distance restrictions made an addition impractical. By removing a chapel and lowering the concrete floor system, 125 seats were added to the sanctuary.
St. Mary's Catholic Church- Addition including new social hall, restrooms, reconciliation room, and accessory areas.
St. Paul's Lutheran Church- Addition including new elevator, offices, expanded narthex, canopy, and paved parking lot.
St. Stephens Lutheran church- Addition including new offices, meeting/bride room, casket size elevator, expanded narthex, and accessible restrooms. Four-phase master plan provided.
Victor United Methodist Church- Addition including new elevator, sheltered entryway, and accessible restroom. Part one of a four-phase master plan.
Zion Presbyterian Church- Addition including new handicap accessible entrance and restroom. Stained glass windows from the existing church were used in addition. Existing bell tower was refurbished.
