AutoGlass Solutions- Retail center will serve as headquarters for AutoGlass Solutions offices and offer space for other businesses.
City of Marion, Thomas Park Maintenance Facility- New maintenance sheds and offices. This building will also provide room for growth in the Marion Parks system as well as one of the area's only public FEMA-rated storm shelters, which will double as a party rental facility.
Coralville United Methodist Church- Renovation and addition for existing church building.
Coralville Youth Sports Complex- Design for a new concession building, maintenance building, and pavilion. Currently under construction.
