Aurora Comet Center- An 11,170 square foot community center which includes a full gymnasium/community room, a kitchenette, restrooms, public library, exercise and weight training facilities.
Clarksville Public Library- A new wood framed, brick veneer, 3,400 square foot main floor library with a full basement. Currently in the design phase for an addition to include new office spaces, circulation counter, computer stations, and increased shelving.
Denver City Hall- New 18,300 square foot City Hall, Library, Community Center and Police Department offices.
Elgin Public Library- New design and construction.
Farmersburg Public Library- A new 2,620 square foot Library and City Hall.
Hudson Public Library- New 9,800 square foot library facility.
Independence Public Library- New 15,000 square foot state of the art library facility.
James Kennedy Pulic Library- New library addition directly adjacent to Dyersville City Hall.
Jesup Public Library- New 9,500 square foot library facility.
Meehan Memorial Lansing Public Library- New public library with a childcare facility in the lower level.
Sumner Public Library- New 11,600 square foot library facility.
