Allamakee Clayton Electric Co-op- 50,000 square foot new office and vehicle storage facility.
Cedar Graphics- Design and construction documents for new 65,000 square foot company headquarters, printing and warehouse facility. Building uses insulated precast panels for the exterior walls.
East Central REC Urbana- Design of new office building, maintenance vehicle building, and storage building.
Hills and Williams- Design and construction documents for a new building to house truck maintenance area, warehousing facility, and office area. Total area is 80,000 square feet.
Linn County REC- Design of new 16,500 square foot headquarters office building, 10,000 square foot maintenance vehicle building, and 15,000 square foot unheated storage building on new 10 acre site.
Linn County REC - North Liberty Operations Center- Provided design and construction documents for new 7,580 square foot line crew facility. Building makes use of ground source heat pumps linked into an in-floor radiant heat system.
Vector Corporation- Addition to manufacturing facility and new paving. Completed November 2005. Office renovation completed 2009.
