Gardenview Assisted Living- A new two story 36,000 square foot independent assisted and memory care facility. This facility is a combination facility with 34 units.
Gardenview Assisted Living - Outdoor Pavilion- New outdoor pavilion for this assisted living facility.
Little Bulldog Childcare- 12,050 square foot facility residing on the MFL MarMac Community Schools Monona Campus. Facility contains a 6,400 square foot main floor childcare facility and 5,650 square foot lower floor special education classrooms, offices, mechanical and storage spaces.
Postville Child Services, Inc.- 11,880 square foot childcare facility residing on Postville Community Schools campus. Facility houses an 8,630 square foot main floor childcare learning center with a partial lower floor with a multi-cultural center and radio station.
Spectrum- Renovations and additons to an existing pre engineered building serving mentally challenged persons.
T.A.S.C.- Additions and renovations to an existing developmental work force center consisting of additional office, meeting, classroom, lunch and storage spaces.
Waverly Childcare- A new 12,000 square foot childcare facility built in 2006 which has a total of six classrooms for infants, toddlers, and two, three, and four year olds. Facility also includes a multipurpose room, offices, and support spaces.
