Farmers Mutual Telephone- Design and construction documents for new company headquarters.
Farmers State Bank - Office Annex- Interior renovation of the former Marion City Hall to bank offices. The building was originally built as a post office. Soy based foam insulation, new windows, and HVAC system were replaced for energy efficiency.
Farmers State Bank - VanBuren- New construction of bank and parking area.
Floor Trader- New 20,000 square foot flooring store.
Hills Bank - Marion- Renovation and elevator addition for existing bank building.
Iowa Eye Care - Dr. Noyes- New design and construction.
Parsons Technology- New 52,500 square foot building. 35,000 square foot office area with 17,500 square foot warehouse production area. Schematic design through construction documents.

Vector Corporation - Office- Renovation to existing office building. Interior and exterior renovations.
