Contact us today for a Proposal
Many people hesitate too long to contact an architect. Before you look at existing buildings or consider buying land, let us help you decide how big your building and site need to be. We help you determine these factors by learning about your operation, identifying better ways to use space to fulfill your needs, and we understand zoning and building codes so you stay in compliance with those requirements. Give us a call and we will prepare an outline of the services you need to get you started.
Civic & Community
Center Point Depot- Renovation of former generating plant/depot. Refurbished stucco exterior and designed interior museum space.
Marion Depot- The Marion square depot pavilion is a part of Marion's railroad past. When faced with demolition of the building, a citizens group asked Martin Design if the roof could be salvaged. The completed pavilion not only captures the character of the original depot, but serves as the focus of the entire city square.
